Refund policy

Change of Mind

The Tooth Fairy does not offer refunds on any products or services if the customer changes their mind for whatever reason, or for "accidental purchases". All orders are final once payment is made. This includes all custom-made grillz, tooth gems & tooth gem products, teeth whitening products and disposables. Please consider your purchase wisely. 

 

Tooth Gem/Teeth Whitening Products

Due to the nature of tooth gem and teeth whitening products, and hygiene and safety concerns The Tooth Fairy can not take returns of tooth gems crystals, adhesives, disposable products or teeth whitening products.

If your item/s are received damaged and/or faulty, please email us thetoothfairyauckland@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving of the item/s with attached photos of the issue and of your invoice attached to the order.

From here, The Tooth Fairy will determine the right course of action with the customer to either send out a replacement or refund of the item in the form of store credit, in which will be discussed with the customer.

 

Shipping & Delivery Issues

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if necessary. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The Tooth Fairy is not a courier company. The Tooth Fairy fulfils its duties to it's customers by sending the customer their parcel within the outlined fulfilment time. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. The Tooth Fairy takes no responsibility for any parcels that do not get delivered and are returned to the sender if the shipping address isn't valid, if the customer doesn't pick up their item or is non-contactable to the courier companies. No refunds are given under these circumstances. 

 

Grillz

The Tooth Fairy does not offer refunds on grillz if the customer changes their mind. Please consider your purchase wisely, all orders are final once placed.

 

Flagged Fraudulent Orders

The Tooth Fairy will not accept any orders that get flagged as fraudulent. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
